Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
